Brad Skilton has over 15 years experience leading hospital and physician revenue cycles. He spent 12 years with Advent Health, the largest protestant not-for-profit health system in the U.S. as their Regional Director of Revenue Cycle. During his time there, he successfully orchestrated Revenue Cycle turnarounds for 5 failing business offices, leading them each from ranking lowest in the organization to # 1 throughout the entire organizational footprint. Brad is a sought after speaker on Revenue Cycle, Healthcare Leadership, and Patient Experience, conducting webinars and keynote speeches for Advent Health, NAHAM, HFMA, and AAHAM. Following his time at Advent Health, Brad spent two years with Greenway Health leading their RCM Division with oversight of outsourced services for over 300 physicians. Brad specializes in revenue cycle turnarounds specifically in the areas of revenue integrity, denial management, insurance follow-up, and patient access. He holds an MBA in Finance from Webster University and is also a graduate of BB&T’s Leadership Development Program having served BB&T as a Commercial Banker in their healthcare lending area for 3 years. During his time at BB&T, he won the prestigious Best of the Best award, recognizing him for outstanding sales and service as the highest producer at his level for the organization nationwide in 2007. During his spare time, he enjoys reading, and spending time with his wife, son and family dog in Orlando, Florida where they reside.
